Autotask Community Live I had the pleasure of presenting 2 marketing-focused breakout sessions to attendees of the Autotask Community Live! event in Nashville, TN. yesterday.

I continue to be impressed with the efforts Autotask is making in extending the traditional definition of the term "community" and how they are leveraging social networking within their PSA solution for the benefit of their partners.

I previously had the opportunity of delivering an MSP University State of the Industry webcast titled "The Effect of Social Networking on Service Providers and MSP Tools and Processes featuring Autotask" with Bob Vogel, Autotask's Chief Marketing Officer as my guest (log in with or register for your FREE MSP University basic membership to view), where I explored the vision and execution behind this web 2.0-influenced Autotask Community.
