MSP University CompTIA San Antonio Boot Camp Wrap-Up MSPU Review!

It’s A Wrap!

We started day 4 of our Boot Camp with a presentation from HP, with highlights of the $10 Billion healthcare IT market, after which we conducted our Healthcare IT Expert Panel with Ron Pennell from Foothills IT, Chris Mertens from HP and Gregg Hammersmith from gloStream.

Due to scheduling challenges, we did not get a chance to conduct our CEO and Sales Professional Showdown, so for now, the score stands at CEOs 8 and Sales Professionals 1!

MSP University Receives Award At CompTIA Breakaway – MSPU Review!

The third day of our San Antonio Boot Camp at CompTIA Breakaway came to an exciting close today with MSP University’s CompTIA Award Recognition!

Day 3 Recap:

We started day 2 today with our Sponsor hawkeye featuring a discussion on collaboration that pays, followed by a presentation by our sponsor Level Platforms focused on building your Managed Services on a solid foundation.

We were next treated to an informative Q&A Session focused on Outsourcing your Tier 1-3 Service Desk requests, Onsite Service Delivery and managing it all in an effective PSA solution during our Service Delivery Expert Panel, including Panelists Chris McQueen from Synergy, Len Dicostanzo from Autotask, Barbara Dove from Dove Help Desk, George Harris from OnForce and Eriq Neal from Third Tier.

All attendees then attended CompTIA Breakaway’s HIT Presentation focused on cracking the HIT nut and everything you need to know about building a Healthcare IT Practice delivered by Patrick Wilson, after which we continued our CEO, Sales, Marketing and Service Delivery Tracks

After the conclusion of MSP University’s 3nd Day of our Managed Services Boot Camp, our attendees experienced CompTIA’s Awards Dinner where MSP University joined the Winner’s Circle and received an award for recruiting and registering the most attendees for CompTIA Breakaway 2010 by a “large margin” through “the best marketing effort” according to CompTIA President Todd Thibodeaux.

We achieved this by leveraging our robust marketing engine, utilizing the same techniques we bring to bear to help our manufacturer, vendor, distributor and organization clients achieve their branding and marketing goals through our Channel Marketing Services. We kick off our final day tomorrow with a presentation from our Sponsor HP at 8am in the main room, so log in to our live streaming sessions early and be prepared for our final day of training and education, where we add our Healthcare IT Expert Panel and finish our sessions in the CEO, Marketing, Sales and Service Delivery tracks. We complete the day with our always fun and exciting CEO and Sales Professional Sales Competition – so far the CEO’s have beaten the Sales Professionals 8 to 1!
