MSP University Boston Boot Camp Update

The first and second days of our Boot Camp are complete and we are in the home stretch!

Day 2 Recap: 

We started day 2 of our CEOCloud, Marketing, Sales and Service Delivery tracks today with MSP University’s Rafael Sanguily and his Million Dollar IT Practice Acceleratorsession on the 51 Step Marketing Process, and continued our Sales, Marketing, CEO and Cloud Tracks and kicked off our Service Delivery Track delivered by Dove Help Desk’s Barbara Dove. A big thanks go out to MSP University’s Giovanni Sanguily and Erick Simpson and Ulistic’s Stuart Crawford for an informative Marketing Panel. Amy Hodge from ConnectWise delivered an informative session on Securing the Last Mile of IT and introduced our attendees to CharTec and LabTech.

Lester Keizer from Xilocore followed this up with his presentation on Business Continuity Planning – The Top IT Priority for 2011 and Jan Spring from eFolder and Christine Gassman from StorageCraft’s valuable session focused on how to win more business by offering profitable and reliable disaster recovery, data protection, system integration and email archiving service in the cloud. Next we were treated to Kevin Miller from NetEnrich’s presentation on their back-office services to help you grow and scale your business and Action Business PartnersGeorge Sierchio’s informative session on Selling as an Exit Strategy. We closed our second full day of training with M5 NetworksPhil Kim and his Hosted Managed VoiP

We closed out Day 2 with an engaging, interactive Sponsor Fair.

We kick off our third and final day tomorrow at 7am with MSP University’s Erick Simpson and his Million Dollar IT Practice Accelerator session on how to conduct effective sales meetings as a team of Sales Professional and Sales Engineer to close more business faster, so log in early and be prepared to start our last day strong! 

Next we have our Cloud Expert Panel with panelists from Ulistic, ClearCenter and Virtual Administrator, followed by MSP University’s Erick Simpson and his session focused on Determining Your True Cost of Service Delivery and Margins and we’ll finish the day withErick Simpson’s Million Dollar IT Practice Accelerator session on How to effectively On-Board New Managed Services Clients For Maximum Efficiencies and Customer Satisfaction.
