3. Organizational structure
4. Talent management
5. Marketing

We started the day off with opening comments followed by the Keynote Presentation from our Platinum Sponsor Autotask, focused on monitoring, managing and measuring your IT service delivery to increase business profitability.

During our sessions today we covered marketing, sales, increasing business profitability and the CLOUD. A big thanks go out to Steve Noel of Autotask, Deegan Pope of Cornerstone Backup, Barbara Dove of Dove Help Desk and Michael Campion of Level Platforms for delivering a great Service Delivery Expert Panel Session demystifying the challenges of delivering Managed Services. In addition, we received valuable presentations from Lester Keizer of Xilocore for his business continuity planning session, Earle Humphreys for his eye-opening session on developing a Security Portfolio, Jan Spring from eFolder and Chris Harrison  from StorageCraft’s valuable session focused on how to win more business by offering profitable and reliable disaster recovery, data protection, system integration and email archiving service in the cloud, Jim Lewis’ Equus presentation and Deegan Pope from Cornerstone Backup for his 5 proven ways to dramatically increase Managed Services sales.

Our day ended with a great Autotask Board Room session followed by their Cocktail Reception – thank you Autotask!

We kick tomorrow off at 7am with our Million Dollar IT Practice Accelerator session – The 51 Step Marketing Process in the main room, so arrive early and be prepared for our second full day of training and education, where we add our Service Delivery track. We have our Level Platforms presentation on how to build a solid MSP foundation, followed by our Marketing Expert Panel queued up with panelists from MSP University and Ulistic, and our Security sessions on Selling Security in the SMB Space and Delivering Security Services, along with Ingram Micro, ca and NetEnrich’s Services presentation .
